Non-Delivery and Cancellation
If any bottles are broken or spoilt upon delivery, please contact us and we will replace or refund the wine. If you change your mind about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help, however we reserve the right to charge for any subsequent costs relating to collection and re-delivery. You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact, however we reserve the right to charge for any collection costs that are incurred. We will refund the price of the order, minus any collection costs, within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Claims for non-delivery must be made within three months of your order date.
