Pale straw in colour, this wine has lifted aromas of passionfruit and guava with hints of fresh green beans and nettles. On the palate, a crisp, fresh Sauvignon Blanc with ripe flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry. These tropical flavours blend beautifully with citrus and nettle notes and the zingy acid gives way to a long balanced finish. A delicious accompaniment to smoked salmon salad; drink now or within the next 1 to 2 years.
