Information regarding delivery of your wine
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NO LONGER DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK. We deliver nationwide throughout the UK. For more detailed information regarding delivery zones and pricing, please view the information below:
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please place orders before 15 Dec for Xmas delivery.
Dispatch of orders is usually within 1 to 5 working days of placing the order. We use a 'Next Working Day' delivery service and an automated email will be generated to the order email address provided on the day of dispatch. For example, if an order is dispatched on Friday, delivery should be on the next working day, Monday. Standard weekday delivery times are between 08:00 - 17:30.

We will contact you by email if we are made aware of any unexpected delays, or have any queries regarding your order. Certain wines and vintages may occasionally be subject to availability, however we will contact you before dispatching to confirm whether you will accept a substitute, or earlier/later vintage, by way of replacement.
You can choose to have your wine delivered to a different address to your home (billing) address by adding the relevant address to your 'Address Book' in your 'Account Details', or by clicking the 'Deliver to New Address' button during the ordering process.
You may request that your wine is left somewhere on the premises without a signature (for instance, a shed or porch) if you are likely to be out, but our insurance does not cover unattended dispatches so please be aware that this is at your OWN RISK. We are happy to pass on your instructions, however be aware that we use a third-party national courier network and for this reason would not recommend this option.
If the wine is a gift and you wish to pass on a message or special delivery instructions you will have an opportunity to note these at the end of the ordering process.
All UK deliveries are undertaken by a reputable market leader in wine deliveries and if a signature is required delivery be will attempted twice. If no-one is available to receive the wine on both occasions, it will be held for collection at the depot for 2 to 3 days, however we can arrange for the depot to redeliver the consignment at the normal delivery charge (please see delivery table above). If it fails to be either collected or redelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and we reserve the right to charge for any further costs incurred in arranging redelivery.

If a particular delivery address proves to be persistently problematic for our couriers to negotiate, we reserve the right to request that the customer provides an alternative, more practical address.
