A premium oak-aged style made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced exclusively from several parcels of vines from the lower terrace of the Te Muna Road Vineyard in Martinborough.
Fruit was 85% destemmed. Fermented in combination of French oak cuves, barriques and stainless steel tanks, inoculated and indigenous fermentation. Maturation in French oak barriques, fining and filtration prior to bottling.
A premium oak-aged style of Sauvignon Blanc. Complex aromatics of white peach, lime, lemon blossom and Thai basil. Refreshing palate profile with nectarine and citrus notes that carry long across the palate to a refined chalky and dry finish.
