Made from Riesling grapes predominantly from the Wairau Valley of Marlborough.
Grapes were harvested in the cool of evening to preserve the vibrant fruit flavours. Gentle pressing was followed by cold settling prior to fermentation. Each block was kept separate throughout the various stages of the winemaking process. When all tanks had completed fermentation, the parcels were tasted and the pick of the wines were blended, fined, and bottled.
Wonderful lifted citrus aromas of lemon and lime, coupled with hints of perfumed floral notes. A burst of citrus is immediately obvious on the palate, balanced with an underlying minerality. Lively, with good structure, palate weight and persistence.
