Made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards in the Marlborough region.
Fruit was harvested and carefully pressed with minimal skin contact. After settling the clear juice was fermented at low temperatures with selected yeast strains to preserve varietal flavours. Fermented in stainless steel.
Full and assertive aromas of gooseberry, redcurrant and lemon. Medium to full-bodied with vibrant acidity, intertwined with crisp fruits. Finishes zesty and long.
