100% Chardonnay sourced from vineyards in the Marlborough region.
Underwent barrel fermentation of which 50% was left to ferment naturally. The remainder was inoculated with traditional isolated yeast strains. Matured for 14 months in fine grained 30% new oak barrels.
Fragrant citrus, complex flint and nut aromas combine with a distinctive core of mineral, lemon and mealy characters to form a seamless palate. Fine-grained oak and refined acidity create a tightly woven palate with understated concentration and length.
