RED | HAWKES BAY
Te Mata Estate Woodthorpe Merlot Cabernet is bright crimson in colour with aromas of dark plum, blackberry and red roses. The palate shows currants and spice characters on ripe, powdery tannins with a long, fine finish. This wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet and Petit Verdot and it is a natural partner to grilled red meats and hard white cheeses. Will continue to develop in bottle for 3 to 6 years from harvest.
