Palliser Estate Martinborough Chardonnay 2007 has a sensational nose revealing a range of ripe tropical fruits with spicy oak complexity. The palate is delicious showing excellent intensity and concentration combined with seamless, smooth texture. The spicy oak gives the wine length and complexity and a long finish. Full and rich yet with elegance and fineness. A very classy Chardonnay that is immediately drinkable but will keep well for a few years to come.
