Woodthorpe Sauvignon Blanc 2008 has a pale, green lemon colour and the fresh fruity aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and gooseberry. The juicy palate features flavours, of pear juice, lime and feijoa and has a long fine finish. Best served chilled, either as a refreshing pre-dinner glass of wine or partnered with salads, soups, seafood dishes, grilled vegetables and lightly spiced Asian foods. It will continue to evolve in bottle for 2 years from harvest.
