Palliser Estate Martinborough Pinot Noir 2008 has concentrated ripe red fruits and fine grained tannins giving texture and persistence while berry flavours linger. Succulent and beautifully textured on the palate with lovely mid palate weight and fine, supple tannins. Youthful and well flavoured with a lingering delicious finish. A stylish Pinot which is drinking well at release, and has the concentration and structure to reward cellaring for a year or three.
