The Astrolabe Awatere Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of lifted gooseberry, passionfruit and some lime zest. On the palate it is full-bodied with strong gooseberry and passionfruit flavours, with a round, mineral finish. Best enjoyed when young and fresh, however has potential to age gracefully for next couple of years.
