

This superb single vineyard Sauvignon from the Kekerengu region is usually allocated entirely to UK Michelin-starred restaurant so very hard to find! It has aromas of currant leaf, gooseberry, dried herbs and lime peel. On the palate, medium-bodied with flinty, almost salty notes, blackcurrant leaf and green pepper. Best enjoyed when young and fresh, however has potential to age gracefully for the next couple of years.
