Villa Maria Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2005 from the Hawkes Bay region is deeply coloured and perfumed, with rich blackberry, plum, black-olives and floral violet aromas. On the palate the wine is richly concentrated and balanced with a ripe and chewy textured tannin structure. Will mature well over the coming years; drink now or over the next 5 to 6 years.
