Astrolabe Dry Riesling 2007

Astrolabe Dry Riesling 2007 from the Marlborough region has aromas of fresh apple and lemon, with a hint of citrus flower. On the palate, this is a light-textured minerally wine with pure citrus and floral flavours and a crisp, racy acidity. Will reward careful cellaring, through the development of toasty bottle-age complexities should begin to peak a year after vintage. Great with a wide range of foods; from crayfish and scallops, through to pork and spicy Asian dishes.
