Palliser Estate Pinot Gris 2008 has fresh floral, ripe peach and other stone fruit characters that are gently lifting. The palate is ripe and juicy with lovely silky texture, finishing clean and very long. The soft acidity and a hint of sweetness make this Pinot Gris immensely drinkable now, but will evolve nicely over the next couple of years.
