Vidal Rose 2007

Vidal Rose 2007 is produced from Merlot/Malbec/Syrah grapes grown in the Hawkes Bay region. This off-dry rose is made in the classic ‘saignée’ method of draining off the juice after only a short time of maceration with the skins, then cool-fermented to retain the fruit and freshness. The wine retains a small amount of residual sugar to enhance the fresh strawberry fruit flavour on the palate. Great for summer dining.
