Allan Scott Riesling 2009 from the Marlborough region has vibrant tones of orange blossom, limes, white stonefruit and spice. These enjoyable characteristics continue through to the palate where the spice complexities combine with the structural compounds of acid and phenolics. The result is a mouth-watering finish that lasts. Riesling is a good accompaniment to a wide range of foods, especially savoury and spicy dishes, with cheese, or simply on its own. Will improve over time if carefully cellared.
