Trinity Hill Homage Syrah 2007 (LIMITED)

Trinity Hill Homage Syrah 2007 comprises approx 91% Syrah plus approx 9% Viognier from vineyards in the Gimbletts Gravels region of Hawkes Bay. An excellent quality vintage, slightly cooler than 2006. The wine shows great elegance with concentration and weight, and a tight and tense structure, which will allow the wine to age gracefully. Cellaring of at least 10 years under good conditions, with complex truffly, forest floor and leather characters anticipated to emerge with age.
