Vidal Syrah 2008 from the renowned Gimblett Gravels winegrowing region in Hawkes Bay has black pepper, spice, violet and cherry aromas leading to a palate showing intensity and purity of fruit. It is defined, balanced and well supported by supple tannins. Great with a wide variety of meat or game dishes.
