Morton Estate White Label Chardonnay 2008

Morton Estate White Label Chardonnay 2008 from the Hawkes Bay region is Morton Estate's best known Chardonnay and has consistently received accolades in New Zealand and overseas. Fermented and lees-aged in French oak barriques, it shows stone fruit and citrus on the nose with a creamy biscuit note. A well rounded palate with persistent flavours giving great structure and length. The stone and citrus fruits intermingle with background oak and biscuit to give intensity and fullness to the mouthfeel. Lovely with fish, pork or poultry.
