Peregrine Pinot Noir 2009 from the Central Otago region has an expressive nose of mocha, cherry and raspberries. The palate displays wonderful flavours of spice, dark cherries, raspberries, and mouth-caressing silky fine-grained tannins. While this wine is fantastic already, it will reward patient and careful cellaring for many years to come.
