Dog Point Pinot Noir 2010 from the Marlborough region has aromas of vibrant ripe red fruit, hints of violets together with subtle nuances supplemented by spicy oak savouriness. On the palate, there are intense red fruits, subtle sweetness, delicate lingering soft finish. Great with duck, cervena, red meats, truffled venison and mushroom pie. Cellaring potential of 4 to 6 years.
