A wonderful deep garnet hue sets the tone for this classic Pinot Noir. The aromas are youthful, complex, and ever evolving in the glass. Look for aromas of ripe black cherry and rich plum, surrounded by blueberry fruit. Spice with hints of licorice and rose petal are compelled with a bouquet reminiscent of being deep in a forest in the Autumn. The flavours are very sweet and lingering. Look for raspberry, plum and Campari - like fruit and spice.
