Deep ruby red in colour, a bouquet of ripe blackberry and Black Doris plum aromas overlay spicy toast aromas from oak maturation. On the palate, it displays a supple approach showing sweet, dark fruit flavours and silky tannins balanced with spicy oak. A hint of dry herb, savoury complexity completes the palate.
