This is the second label from Palliser Estate. Pencarrow wines are recognized for being as impressive as many top tier labels, and are great value for money. The Sauvignon Blanc displays an intense nose of classic herbs with hints of tropical fruits, passionfruit and tamarillo. Vibrant and fresh with expansive flavours, its rich mid-palate has a seamless juicy texture. Delicious and succulent; great with fresh seafood or light dishes.
