Palliser Rieslings are hard to resist in their perfumed, flavour packed appealingly crisp youth, but they are proven performers in the cellar. After about three-years bottle age the wine evolves and rich, complex, honeyish, toasty aromas and flavours unfurl along side the varietal fruit flavours. A lifted nose of sherbet, spice and citrus blossom is followed by a palate with a fine acidity and a wonderful purity of fruit flavours.
