Handled with the utmost care at the winery, the fruit flavours have been preserved and enhanced to create wines that are a true expression of their terroir. A bouquet of lifted ripe peaches and citrus notes, underpinned by toasty cashew and nougat aromas creates a rich and flavoursome wine which will develop intriguing complexities.
