Brilliant cherry colour with inviting aromas of crushed raspberries and red rose petals. The palate is juicy and supple with flavours of raspberry, strawberry and liquorice leading to a soft finish. It can be enjoyed upon release and will continue to develop in bottle for two years from harvest. The low alcohol and low tannin content make this wine very drinkable by itself, but also a great accompaniment to Asian or Indian cuisine, which are not usually partnered with red wines.
