A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this wine is youthful in appearance, with pale straw and green hues, while the bead is fine and consistent. The nose delivers to those bubbly enthusiasts’ subtle strawberries, earthy mushrooms, ripe fig and beautifully creamy yeast autolysis characters. The palate is rich and lively, dominated by secondary ferment yeast autolysis – certainly a style that will combine well with chicken and seafood dishes, or drink as pure celebratory indulgence on its own.
