Takatu Vineyard & Lodge is the vision of Heather and John Forsman. They offer a unique experience for guests to stay on a working vineyard where they may enjoy the highest standards of elegance and comfort.
John is committed to produce wine of absolute quality, influenced by principles using sustainable viticulture practices. The name 'Takatu' translates as ‘Well Prepared’ which aptly defines Takatu’s approach to growing wine.
