Esk Valley Syrah 2007 is a very 'varietal' wine, displaying classic Hawkes Bay notes of plums, blackberries, pepper and exotic spice notes with subtle oak integration. Enjoy with red meat and game dishes. It is a medium bodied, food friendly style with excellent cellaring potential of 2009 up to 2015.
