WHITE | HAWKES BAY

Zara Viognier is a pale lemon colour with a green edge. The aroma features exotic floral notes of honeysuckle, orange blossom and musk. The palate is long, fine and opulent with pear, white peach, mandarin and dried apricot flavours. Zara Viognier will continue to develop in bottle for 3 - 4 years from harvest, integrating further and gaining an even more luscious character. Can be enjoyed on its own, or with rich seafoods and white meat dishes, as well as lightly spiced Asian foods.
