WHITE | HAWKES BAY

This vintage of Cape Crest has a light green colour and displays aromas of grapefruit, lime and passionfruit, with underlying mineral and toast notes. The lively palate has concentrated citrus and guava fruit with a creamy texture and a fine, dry finish. Will continue to evolve in bottle for 5 years from harvest and is a wonderful match with rich seafood and poultry dishes.
