Elston is an assemblage of the finest wines from eleven plots within Te Mata Estate's six Chardonnay vineyards. Always a rich, concentrated wine, Elston has evolved greater complexity due to increasing vine age and the variety of soil types on which it is grown. When Elston is well stored, it develops and intensifies in bottle for 5 to 7 years from harvest.
