Palliser Estate Pinot Gris 2009 from the Martinborough region is a beautifully pure and satisfying wine displaying elegant aromas of pear, nectarine and pineapple. The palate is most pleasing with a succulent mouthfeel and refreshing acidity leading to an appealing finish. A beautifully flowing wine showing generosity as well as a lingering dry finish. Will change and benefit from ageing, though still good while young.
