A Gold Medal winner at the London International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC), this wine has aromas of white and red currant leaf, gooseberry, lemon grass, jalapeno and lime peel aromas. On the palate, it is a medium to full-bodied wine with strong gooseberry and currant flavours, a hint of freshly-cut red capsicum, and a refreshingly smooth lingering finish. Best enjoyed when young and fresh, but has the potential to age gracefully over the next two years.
