Astrolabe Pinot Noir has aromas of ripe plum and cherry, with a hint of game and smoky oak. On the palate, a full to medium-bodied wine with round mouthfilling flavours of plum, cherry - pleasing weight with good acidity. The oak integrates nicely with the fruit, and helps with the silky tannin structure.
