A deeply coloured wine, showcasing the excellent growing season. The wine is fragrant and typical of Hawke’s Bay Pinot Noir; plums and black cherries dominate, with a light oak seasoning. The wine has a soft and velvet mouthfeel, with a tannic backbone providing structure and age-worthiness. Cellaring will provide further complexity.
