Pale gold in colour with delicate honeysuckle and apricot kernel aromas. The palate shows classic peach and apricot characters with a mealy complexity. The palate is richly textured with a clean finish. Serve lightly chilled before dining or with seafood, chicken or pork and especially great served with an apricot or orange flavoured sauce.
