Single vineyard wines are created from vineyards of exceptional quality when vintage conditions allow these sites to fully express their individual characteristics. Intense and alluring aromas of lemon, orange blossom and sweet seductive perfumes characterise the bouquet of the Taylors Pass Riesling. The fermentation was stopped before dryness to achieve a natural balance. The wine has a classical Riesling structure, which is delicate and harmonious, has a crisp and pure acidity and a luscious off-dry palate.
