Pale straw green in colour, the Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc displays a mixture of ripe citrus and tropical fruits with a lifted bouquet. On the palate, it is full bodied with ripe citrus fruits, a mouth-watering acidity and a juicy finish. A perfect aperitif, white meats, seafood and oysters especially, and goats cheese. An ideal wine to enjoy young but may be cellared for 2+ years.
