Bald Hills make their Pinot Gris very simply to preserve the natural fruit intensity their vineyard yields. This is a dry style wine with a bouquet of ripe peaches and pears, with hints of honey and lychee. The palate is rounded and soft, finishing with grapefruit notes and typical minerality. A very versatile wine to accompany many styles of food.
