Bald Hills Last Light Riesling block is so named as it is the last vineyard block to receive the morning light, and the last to receive the evening's light. Clean and medium-dry in style, Last Light Riesling has a tropical fruit and lime bouquet opening into an exciting citrus palate. Minerality, gentle acidity and a touch of sweetness lead to a long crisp finish. Wonderful with shellfish, prawns, oysters, this is also an ideal wine to accompany fresh seafood or spicy Asian-influenced dishes.
