Rich and full-bodied yet still a dry wine. Fermented in older 500 litre French oak puncheons, it has lifted floral aromas of rosewater, ripe William’s pears, mandarins, lush pineapple, guava and rambutan. The palate is full yet soft and balanced of fresh ripe pears, quince and tropical fruit leading through to a commanding long dry, creamy, citrusy, mandarin finish. Ready to drink now, it will cellar well for 1 to 4 years.
