Medium straw with in colour with tinges of green, this wine has a bouquet of stonefruit with biscuity notes. Typical fruit characters from Hawke's Bay Chardonnay are on the palate, such as grapefruit and melon, supplemented by biscuity barrel ferment characters and a light butteriness from the malolactic fermentation. Delicious served lightly chilled with seafood or poultry dishes.
