Allan Scott Riesling is very intense and aromatic. Bright aromas of lime and mandarin with hints of honeysuckle and apricot give a complete and complex wine. Typical Riesling characteristics of sweet citrus, ripe limes and grapefruit on the palate and a distinct mineral note leads through to well balanced acidity. It will develop more complexity with age.
