This 'Small Parcel' Pinot Noir is intensely dark ruby red with aromas showing complexity of ripe dark fruits, hints of game, spice and toasty oak. On the palate, it is rich and full with beautifully balanced fruit and smokey oak characteristics. It is mouthfilling and the silk tannin structure and oak influence add to a persistent finish. Great with any lamb dish, BBQ pork and venison, it will develop with careful cellaring for up to five years.
