Bright crimson in colour, this Syrah has a bouquet of blackberries, spice and pepper. On the palate, these nuances have combined to produce a complex, fruit dominant wine. The sensitive oak aging has added a further dimension to the wine without being obvious. Richness and soft, ripe tannins make this wine eminently drinkable. Will develop with 3 to 5 years careful cellaring and suits a wide range of dishes, especially lamb.
