Delivery within mainland UK

Packaging and national courier costs (England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands): 

Order value less than £100 = £9.59
Order value greater than £100 = £5.99
Order value over £200 = FREE delivery

Our wines may be ordered in any quantity, we have no minimum order restrictions. However please note small quantities require greater protection to survive transit safely, and suitable packaging to enable this is reflected in our P&P prices.

Please note standard pack sizes of 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 bottles. If sending a gift we recommend sticking to one of these quantities for neatness of presentation.

General Delivery

Dispatch of orders will be as soon as possible within 1 to 5 working days (Mon to Fri) from receipt of order.

We are usually at the quicker end, however this time-scale is to allow for any awaited or incoming stock delays into our warehouse. Please ensure adequate time is allowed (or Contact Us to check stock availability) if wine is urgently required sooner.

Upon dispatch an automated confirmation email is sent to the email address provided. If wine is required for a specific occasion or event, please ensure adequate time is allowed. The courier service used upon dispatch is "Next Day" (Mon to Fri) between 8:30am - 5:30pm. 

If no-one is home to take receipt, a card will be posted with consignment and local depot details. Please call to book a re-delivery date (or arrange collection if preferred) as soon as possible.

You may cancel your order at any time until 7 working days starting the day after delivery. Should you decide to cancel, all charges to you will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition. 

It is not permitted to purchase wine under the age of 18. To place an order confirmation of legal age is required in accordance with and agreement of our Terms & Conditions

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If one of the products received is believed to be faulty or tainted in some way upon opening, please retain the bottle including its contents, and inform us immediately.

In the event of damage or breakages, cases should always be returned to us and not delivered to the customer by the courier firm. Should this unlikely circumstance occur, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. An intact replacement case will then be dispatched.

Delays or Queries

We will contact you by email if we are made aware of any unexpected delays, or have any other queries regarding your order. Certain wines and vintages may occasionally be subject to availability, however we will contact you by email before dispatching to confirm whether you will accept a substitute, or earlier/later vintage, by way of replacement.
